Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your Random Lemon order, in fact we are so confident you will love it that if you do change your mind you can return your item up to 90 days after receiving your order, please contact us at returns@randomlemon.co.uk to initiate the return.

For eligible returns, items should be returned unused, in their original condition and with any original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@randomlemon.co.uk.

Where possible, include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution. Rest assured we will do whatever we can to make it right for you.

Handmade products

Small variations in handcrafted products are normal and are not considered faults. Differences in colour, markings, placement or finish are part of the individual character of handmade items.

If there is a genuine workmanship issue, though, please contact us and we’ll put it right.

Items that cannot be returned

Certain items may be excluded from returns where legal exceptions apply, such as personalised products or items subject to hygiene restrictions.

Any exclusions will be made clear on the relevant product page.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
