Orders are carefully packed by Random Lemon and sent using the delivery option shown at checkout.

Current delivery area: UK only

Typical dispatch time: 2 working days

Handcrafted or made-to-order items may occasionally take a little longer. Where this applies, the expected dispatch time will be shown on the individual product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the relevant postal or courier service.

Please make sure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at orders@randomlemon.co.uk. We’ll do our best to help, although we may not be able to change an address once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping charges

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £35. Orders below this amount are charged at the standard rate shown at checkout. Random Lemon currently ships within the UK only.

Delays

Occasionally, postal or courier delays may occur outside our control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at orders@randomlemon.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
